• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them.
• Send messages containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or acceptable use policies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service for any form of phishing or social engineering attacks.

5. WhatsApp Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this Service complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy. NexBotix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. You acknowledge that misuse may result in your WhatsApp account being restricted or banned by WhatsApp, for which NexBotix bears no responsibility.

6. Message Content

You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service. NexBotix does not monitor, review, or filter message content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to send messages and use any content (including images and media) uploaded to the Service.

7. Consent & Anti-Spam

You must ensure that all recipients of your messages have given prior consent to receive communications from you. You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local regulations. You must provide recipients with a way to opt out of future messages.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp's infrastructure and is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexBotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NexBotix in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexBotix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
