What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is an agent that does a whole job for you, such as sending WhatsApp campaigns, replying to customers or finding new leads. It works on its own in the background and checks with you only when it needs a decision.
How much does NexBotix cost?
Plans start at ₹399 a month for 2,500 credits. Growth is ₹1,199 for 8,000 credits and Pro is ₹2,999 for 22,000. Every plan includes every AI employee; actions use credits, for example 1 per WhatsApp message and 2 per lead. Yearly billing gives two months free, and the free trial includes 100 credits with no credit card.
Will sending bulk WhatsApp messages get my number banned?
Any bulk sending on WhatsApp carries some risk. NexBotix spaces messages out with human-like delays and personalises each one, which lowers that risk. For high volumes, use the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API option, which is built for business messaging.
Do I need to know how to code or write prompts?
No. You pick an AI employee, connect your account and tell it what you want. Developers can go further with the visual flow studio, the REST API and the MCP server for Claude and Cursor.
Which apps does NexBotix work with?
WhatsApp and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Gmail and any SMTP server, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Google Calendar and Meet, YouTube, and your own website through the chat widget. AI tools like Claude and Cursor connect through MCP.
How do I connect WhatsApp?
Sign up, open the WhatsApp employee and scan the QR code with your phone, the same way you use WhatsApp Web. Then upload your contacts and send your first campaign.
Is my data secure?
API keys and connector credentials, including WhatsApp Business tokens, are stored encrypted with AES-256. You can request deletion of your data at any time from the data deletion page.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. The WhatsApp employee connects to your current number by scanning a QR code, like WhatsApp Web, so customers see the number they already know. For the official Cloud API you connect a number through Meta’s Embedded Signup instead.
What is the difference between bulk sending and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API?
Bulk sending uses your own WhatsApp account, which is quick to start and suits smaller lists. The WhatsApp Business Cloud API is Meta’s official channel for businesses, uses approved message templates and is the safer choice for large volumes.
Does the website chatbot work on WordPress, Shopify or Wix?
Yes. You paste one script tag into your site, which works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and hand-coded websites. You can try it on your own site for free on the chatbot demo page before signing up.
Is there an API for developers?
Yes. There is a REST API for WhatsApp and email, an MCP server for AI tools like Claude and Cursor, and webhooks for your own AI. API keys are created in the Developer Hub and the full reference is in the API docs.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The free trial includes 100 credits with no time limit. When they are used up, choose a plan or buy a top-up to keep going. API keys created during the trial stop working when it ends.
Why we built NexBotix
NexBotix started with a simple problem. Business owners we knew were spending hours every week sending the same WhatsApp message to hundreds of contacts, one by one, and then losing track of who replied.
We built a tool to send those messages for them. From there the idea grew: replies at night, finding new leads, follow-up emails, a booking link. Each of those jobs became an AI employee.
